Employee Well-being
At NBS Lisbon, we embarked on an exciting journey to boost employee well-being in the O2C team. I played the role of a "values champion" in this initiative. We started with lively brainstorming sessions (using Mural whiteboards) where our team of 10 employees poured their hearts out, defining our project's purpose and values. Next, I curated a treasure trove of online resources on topics like mental health, employee engagement, company culture, community, and motivation, all neatly organized on Microsoft Teams. To understand our colleagues better, I crafted a survey to uncover their learning needs using ChatGPT to help categorize and prioritize their questions.
