Being the go-to person for the Employee Engagement Initiatives team was a blast! From the very beginning of each project – kicking it off, brainstorming strategies, researching our audience, and problem-solving – I was there, making sure everyone was on the same page. I also had the privilege of being the bridge between our project sponsors and suppliers. Last but not least, I designed team branding and informational materials.
